scenario erm... like a dan heng as a student (college or university . eh i Don't mind) and he's the best one user has ever had. they can always see his friends elbowing him whenever he runs to them after talking to user and asking them questions about any assignments or concepts he hasn't quite grasped, and the blush that creeps up on his ears and cheeks aren't invisible at all.
user is his favourite teacher, after all. they obviously adore him a lot as a student but there is an inexplicable attraction between them.
as time goes on, the longer your touches linger on him (secretly riling him up to no end) he starts growing more confident aswell. his way of speaking becomes more relaxed and it never loses the admiration and respect he feels for user. It helps that they're much closer to his age than expected. he even hesitantly touches them every now and then, sweetly picking dust off of user's shoulder or even holding their hand as a quick thanks after he got a little too excited at passing an assignment well. no one can deny the way user's touches started lingering a little too long. in the end they've even got other students cheering dan heng on in his hopeless romantic endeavors. (and mayhaps...sexual too)
and like just a random day when user's head drifts to that pretty student again, you open up pornhub and search for people who look similar to him so that they could relieve theirselves AND GUESS WHO U FIND???
ok so something about this is weird. if I were to trace exactly back to the gepard prompt, you know what i find... bits and pieces that are plain copied into the request. and im speaking from the requesters pov... copying a whole ass prompt into the reqs is weird. half of these details are unnecessary, what? nobody needs to know that dh's friends elbow him after class, it's superfluous. If the requester just wanted a teacher user x pornstar student dan heng, you can put it into simpler terms. why would someone EVER put this much detail into something unless you're not writing it yourself??? what was the requester aiming for??? requester clout???
and honestly this persons writing style is vv similar to yours. just saying, i wouldn't be surprised if you admit that this was fake! (random caps, full stops after a space. yeah bud this isn't adding up) people type differently a LOT like u got the random typing quirk people and the fully formal proper grammar people and just from some other firsthand experiences from other c.ai creators, usually there is almost always proper grammar, not informal language. if you see from that one screenshot, 3/4 (6/8 if you cant understand simplified fractions) of people have correct grammar and almost perfect spelling. and there's a few couple of people... who just didn't write properly. still, barely any of them have the same "lorem ipsum Dolor sit amet,,,, consectetur adipiscing elit . Nunc accumsan Nibh eget sollicitudin egestas ." like you do. i don't think the way you type is specifically 'common' as well. honestly I've only seen it through you and other people. specifically from the parts they DIDN'T copy off kokonoihell, like the extras, pov, etc.
so for this reason: if there's proof that you're not just pulling these words out of ur ass like it feels u are, then show proof that this is an actual request and not just an excuse pee yew <- i showed proof of every single claim, linked back to every single piece of information i found. i expect you to withold the same rules, so please, give me something i believe and not just your words of 'truth'! if you deleted the email proof/actual response too bad so sad you lose 1 point

don't really care about this but honestly... the fic itself is a dump. there is dan heng x reader on the tags. there is blade x reader, also on the tags. who says you wouldn't open that fic up because by the rest of ur responses, you are an ao3 user. if you read renheng fics on ao3, and you POST blade x reader & Dan Heng x reader, why wouldn't it make sense for you to click on something that says 'dan heng x reader' and 'blade x reader' on ao3?

and id also like to bring another example about plagarism that is very clearly, not related to anyone here, so you can have an unbiased view and think clearly & honestly
here are two works. albeit, these examples are VERY, VERY subtle in terms of plagiarism, but they still have the same main ideas and motifs. clo_verr's but those left unheard, are sweeter, was published on 2024/02/05. oh_meadow's work, the dew of a dying star was started on 2023/12/28 and was completed on 2024/02/28. majority of chapters were posted before clo_verr's fic was published.
obviously, you can see clo_verr's work took heavy inspiration from oh_meadows'. why isn't it the other way around? read the last paragraph buddy and try again.
and this begs the question, is this inspiration okay? no, it isn't. the themes, hell, even some of the scenario if you actually read the fics are the same. who is at fault? obviously, clo_verr is. if you check oh_meadows twitter account, more specifically the thread she published regarding the plagarism, she has very clearly shown proof that clo_verr has seen her work β in the form of tumbr likes.
this is the same as your situation, sevanto. you have the exact same scenarios and some of the wordings like other writers. you have very clearly commented on (some, but not all) of their works with positive messages (proof that you saw them in the first place), yet you decided to take those ideas and claim them as your own. It cannot be all 'coincidences' that you magically had practically the same idea after someone else posted it, used the same wording and had probably the exact same phrases more than one time!

so imagine yourself as clo_verr in this situation. are you still going to keep your works up, when it is very clear where you took inspiration from? or will you take the mature choice β that is, apologising to everyone affected, ask the writer's for permission and take your bots down depending on their answer. that's what to me, seems like a real adult would do.
