TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. NO CANCELLATION of orders! Please be a responsible buyer.
2. You must pay 100% of your total orders before/during the day of the DOP or your order/s will be automatically cancelled and you will be subjected to pay 50% of your total order.

• late payment fee of ₱10 PER DAY will also apply to late payment/s of buyers WITH valid reason.

3. Any mishaps of the supplier/manufacturer & courier are out of my control. Please be noted that problems/errors outside my control could be done as I am working with a supplier/printing services and the orders you made are being shipped by a courier.
4. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGE unless it is proved that the problem is on my side. If after shipment, an unedited unboxing video will be asked.
5. There may be delays with the production & arrival of materials. A notice from me will be sent if there is.
6. There may also be color differences and small to unnoticeable printing flaws.
7. NO RUSH SHIPPING!!! Couriers sometime takes days to pick up and there may be some important errand/s i need to attend to.
8. Your orders will be checked thoroughly as soon as it becomes on-hand and will be handled with care. I will make sure of 100% transparent updates regarding your order/s.
9. Sorting/packing of your orders really do take time and I also have things to do outside twitter. Please be (again) patient.
10. YOUR ORDER/S will be up for FREE CLAIMS if left unclaimed for 2 weeks maximum WITHOUT valid excuse after I've sent a notification that it is ready for shipping.

Please handle your expectations (with the keyrings, or packaging). Pwede naman po mag expect pero siguro 'wag lang yung sobra. Hindi po ako aesthetic mag-pack. T___T
